This week, our new porch roof was finished. Again, a successful project completed by your wonderful workmen. Your carpenter is just about the hardest working person I ever met. He and his partner put in many hours, coming early in the morning, leaving late in the day, and working the whole time, even during rain we had. They were friendly, polite, cleaned up nicely each day, were on time and came when they said they would. And how is the porch roof? It is excellent! The workmanship is wonderful and we are very happy with the results. You are fortunate to have such good employees with your company. We will be glad to spread the word about your company and although we are not planning any future projects at this time, if and when we do, you will be our first call. We would like to then Rick, who helped us plan and get this whole thing started-he, too, was friendly, knowledgeable and generally a great guy to work with. Thanks to everyone for the job well done.

Dear Jason,
It has been three weeks since the completion of our bathroom remodel and we wanted to write this letter to let you at Ink installations know how very pleased we are with the finished product. You really way understated what professional work your employees provide (including the plumber and the “mud” man). Jerry and Joe worked so very well in sync with one another. We almost didn’t realize they were here. Since we only have one bathroom they were able to prove at least a toilet for us to use within about 1-1/2 days which was wonderful. We knew our bathroom would be better then it was but we were amazed at how truly great the final product turned out. We documented everything at the end of each day to watch the progress and we were very, very pleased with the excellent quality of materials used as well as the care Jerry and Joe took working on the project down to the smallest details, not to mention the clean up at the end of every day. They also answered any and all questions we had without any hesitation and with much information (which we appreciated). It made us feel that they would have as good a job on their own bathrooms. If you ever get a request from one of your future customers to speak about customer satisfaction, please feel free to give our phone number out.

Dear Mr. Cole,
You recently replaced our 30-year-old stucco board siding and cedar trim with the corning fiber cement product. We were having trouble with birds and squirrels eating through the old siding. We want to provide you with feedback. First of all, the people assigned to our project were pleasant, respectful and careful. End-of-day clean up was excellent. When a minor issues arose with a neighbor, their response was quick thorough, and polite. Now, with regard to the products. We were absolutely thrilled. The new look polished a dramatic. We’ve received many compliments. We expected as much, though. What we really didn’t expect ere the excellent insulation properties of the new siding. Our upstairs rooms are finally cool in the summer and warm in the winter. Not only are we experiencing reduced energy costs, we are also experiencing much greater comfort at more moderate thermostat settings. We recommend your company highly. We would be happy to provide a reference and invite drive-by inspections.
